Responsibilities:

- Sales Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
- Provide market feedback to drive product development and enhancements.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the sales department budget effectively.
