Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to oversee and manage relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing needs and providing timely solutions.
- Account Growth:
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow client accounts.
- Develop and present proposals to expand service offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Strategic Planning:
- Understand client goals and align them with the company's offerings.
- Develop account strategies to meet client objectives and drive retention.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and areas for improvement.
- Project Coordination:
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on account performance, including metrics and KPIs.
- Provide clients with regular updates and insights to demonstrate value.
- Prepare detailed reports for management on account progress and opportunities.
- Issue Resolution:
- Handle and resolve client complaints or concerns promptly.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
