Can our company control what each user can access?
Yes. Authorized company administrators manage roles, module permissions, approval limits, branches, warehouses, POS access, reporting, attachments and Maze AI access. Platform-level authority remains protected.
How does user-based subscription billing work?
The first month is free and no card is required to start. Before renewal, company administrators can review the users they want to keep active. The published checkout shows the current per-user price and billing cycle; payment is made through the secure Paymob checkout link. Deactivated users keep their historical attribution.
